Microsoft windows developers team released first video of upcoming major update of windows 8.1 known as windows blue . in that video they just demonstrated about new customisation option including start screen wallpaper and lock screen wallpaper , there is not any major changes in functionality of applications just they changed the look and feel .

this update will get back much awaited and rumoured windows start button .
